All praise to Morales and Pac...damn good fight, but nuthuggers need to be reminded of the truth.

As you can notice I've praising Morales here as a brave Mexican warrior and a true gentleman. He captured the hearts of Filipinos when he raised Pacquiao's hand in victory. That was a class act. However, I will not agree that just because he lost the 2nd and 3rd fights, he suddenly became a shot fighter. Let's not diminish his greatness as a fighter. He happened to lose to a fighter faster and stronger than him.

Erik's style of going toe to toe which we find exciting fits Pacman's style very well. Pacman will always find a way to counterpunch him as soon as Erik takes a rest from his relentless attack. When attacked, Pacman will always come back like the Energizer with his swarming counterattack to wear down Erik.
Too bad, we won't have this kind of fight anymore w/ Erik retired. But Marquez is next to the best thing. I am still hoping that Erik will come back and face Marquez or Barrera (again).

no way. terrible showed what a prime for prime would come to. Morales beats pac 10/10. yeah i said it. 10/10. He was starting to show signs of being shot BEFORE the rematch with pacman. Or did you really forget the fight with zaheer? Morales beat pac because he made him go backwards. No other fighter was willing to do that. And thats why they all lost. pac is my favorite fighter too now btw.

this can go back and forth, but like i said earlier, Pac was going up in weight and got cut by a headbutt. So as far as prime for prime, that doesn't really work. The Pac that steamrolled Barrera against Morales from the first Barrera fight? Give me Pac all day.

So MAB was prime because he looked unbeatable against Fana, Peden, Ayala whereas Morales was way past it because he lost to Pac?

Has it ever occured to you that maybe (just maybe) the level of opposition has something to do with how they fared?? :huh :deal

Well, that Pac was 126 lbs & that Morales was having trouble making weight in his last fight at 122 lbs & Id still take Morales by close decision..... BUT....

What about that Pac vs the 126 lb Morales who was robbed vs Barrera in the 2nd fight or the one who in his next fight beat Ayala ?

Id say... Morales W12 UD Pacquiao

It can go on & on.

    :thumbsup

You can have all your HYPOTHESIS, DREAMS etc all day long
    but if you want REALITY..

    2-1 PAC vs Morales
and the two wins of PAC is more devastating than the sole win of Morales :deal

Morales was having trouble in 122, 126 & 130 everytime he fights Pac. But the reality is he was KO/TKOd by Pac twice in 130. End of discussion.

So I do you believe Tarver is better than Roy Jones Jr?
    2-1 Tarver vs. Jones...

Same situation, a good boxer beats a faded great boxer in devastating fashion. Everyone knows that Roy owns Tarver prime for prime.

    Im all ears....
