I was just watching the replay again. Ortiz didn't react to the first left. He took a decent flush right hand shot. But he didn't look KOed, and he looked perfectly happy and ok when everything was over. I think he was inviting something like this when he started in with the headbutt. He was looking for a way out, and this was perfect.
