I think Pac could maybe beat Cotto, but I draw the line at Mosley.

I'm not saying I think Pac would beat Cotto, I am saying it is a realistic possibility is all.

If Ricardo Torres and Zab Judah can hurt Miguel, then of course Pacquiao can.

But just to slightly deflate the euphoria on here (of which I was probably the worst culprit), I do not think Manny could beat Shane Mosley at 147.

Pac HAS to have a glass ceiling in terms of weight somewhere. Mosley was strong enough to chuck Margarito about, and strong enough to KO big lmw's like Vargas and Mayorga.

Shane's own handspeed and power are serious at welterweight. I think that one would be a bridge too far, even for the weight-jumping miracle that is the Pacman.

    Thoughts? :bbb

Roach said that they would consider a match with Mosley at a catch weight.. @ 147 I think it would be a tough ask for manny.. But I still think he can do it..

Either. Zab Judah hurt him at 147, and Pac is better in every way. As I said, I'm not saying Manny would beat him, I'm saying it's very possible.

I personally think Pac stops cotto, He'll be beating cotto to the punch and im not sold on cotto's chin at all. He can be timed also on the way in, dont know if anybody picked up on it but every time cotto tries to close the distance he takes a rather large step foward with his left foot. Judah was able to time him with blind uppercuts because of this, if Pac can execute this he should be able to get Miguel outta there.

Doesn't Manny walk around at 150 something?
He looked great at 140 maybe 147 isn't out of the question.
I think he beats Cotto, not easily but you never know with Pacman.

I think Mosley would have the power advantage but he could look old against the speedy of Pac-Man.

Pacquiao would spark a prime Tito even easier than he did Hatton. :D

Pac could beat all of them, because he has the speed advantage over all of them, and his power is up there with Mosely. Pac also has made his defense really good, and his trainer is just as vicious as he is. Pac is SMARTER than all the rest and....NO ONE HAS AN ANSWER FOR PAC"S RIGHT HOOK! He is going to beat everyone.

I predicted he would woop DLH, and I predicted he would KO Hatton in the first round. The right hook and straight left together is making it impossible for anyone to deal with, (remember the beaten look on Morales's face after he saw the right hook for the 1st time?) it is unfair, added with his great footwork, headmovement, good defense, impossible.

The great fighter with the fastest hands will almost always win.
