I Think Pac Should Move Down To 140

    Is the arguement that Pac would actually be able to generate more punching power if he cut down to 140?

    Or is the arguement that the potential opponents that he would be pitted against at 140 wouldn't be as apt to take his shots as the fighters he's been facing at 147?
