I think Pacquaio should retire unless the Mayweather fight happens next.

He's proven enough. He's had a great career.

He's had a lot of people against him recently, so perhaps, his legacy is tarnished by his hateful enemies; however, if his career is observed objectively, he's one of the best of all time.

It was a real pleasure watching him fight, but I don't need to see him take shots from these bigger guys anymore.

It would be one thing if he had a ref that would rush into break up the action in every clinch, but that's clearly not going to happen, considering what happened tonight, and what's happened in the past, regarding the scorecards of his fights.

The world is against him, but the world is evil. There are those who are amongst the world and those that live in this world, but are not of this world.

You know, sometimes that's the thing. Once you commit to Jesus, you got a hard road ahead. It's much easier for those who sold out to Satan because their treasure is here on earth.

With that said, I don't think the Mayweather fight is going to happen, and I'd prefer Pacquaio retire before he gets hurt in the ring.

He needs to go out and be a father and look after his family.

I don't think his next fight with Provodnikov as has been speculated.

There is the Roach thing so I think Pac rematches either Bradley or Marquez next and Ruslan fights Rios

Nah man. He told Kellerman that he thought he was back.

    Key word being, "thought."

His head is not into it anymore. It's not the same and it never will be.

The Mayweather fight is not going to happen, so why take anymore punishment?

The only way Manny can get redemption is by being in the ring with Mayweather.

Until then, and after, even regardless of what occurs in the ring, he will still have his detractors that viciously hate him and only wish ill will upon this man.

There are two paths to take in life. The wide road and the narrow road.

When you accept the Lord, you are bound for a destination on a difficult path. He's done enough.

    Nothing last forever.

Unbelievable how much hatred Pacquaio gets. People think Mayweather gets hated, but Pacquaio is easily the most hated boxer in boxing.

And what does Pacquaio do to deserve such hate? I mean, how many words does this man utter that an English speaking person can understand to even formulate an opinion?

I wish Hatton had this ref when he fought Mayweather.
Rios hit Pac in the back of the head at least 5 times

I was thinking the same thing. I think Hatton would be too small to win against Mayweather, regardless, but it certainly would have helped him implement his game plan.

If these smaller fighters, like Pacquaio and Mayweather had the refs from back in the day, like the refs that reffed Pep vs Saddler, we would see them get knocked around a whole lot more.

he would get love if he would stop picking on guys coming of loses or one dimentional brawler of the combination of both(which was Rios)

Rios was a very hard fight. Incredibly hard.

Rios is the type of guy you cannot come into fight if you lack conditioning or don't have the ref in your back pocket.

He will expose you if you have weakness in your game.

Even if you win, you are in for a beating. Pacquaio admitted that was a very hard fight, and from my perspective, I agree.

I don't want to see him fight big, tough guys like Rios anymore.

Martinez will tell you against Chavez, despite the fact that Martinez won every round, all it takes is one round to lose a fight.

That Chavez vs Martinez incident could have easily been repeated against Pacquaio if Pacquaio's conditioning wasn't on point or Rios landed some more body shots.

People disrespect these types of fighters, but given Pacquaio's style, it was a very difficult fight.

Things have to be put into perspective. Styles make fights.

The problem with Pacquaio, the last time he fought a boxer style, he was robbed, so unless he fights Mayweather, who is left to fight? Do you want to see him rematch Bradley?

Do you want to see him against another big guy that can take some serious shots?

I don't need to see that. Pacquaio is getting older, and I don't want to see him take shots from big guys anymore.

Pac is hated by *****s and by fans of fighters he beated. I think he is liked more then most boxers. Same goes with some other kind boxers, like GGG.

Floyd gets more hate I think, Broner too. Those guys, while they are tromendeous boxers, are also notably jerks.

Even when Pacquaio fought and easily beat Shane Mosley, people didn't give Pacquaio credit. They instead asked why he couldn't put Mosley away.

So what's the point? Mayweather or no fight. Either that, or Manny should make the fight with Marquez again, and then retire.

Bob Arum will never let it happen.

Why do people keep bringing this up when you have Manny saying after the fight: "It's up to my promoter..."

Seriously, THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SEEING MANNY RETIRED BY MAYWEATHER. Because that is exactly what will happen. They would rather keep Manny winning and generating revenue.

Fact: Bob Arum has made far more money by sabotaging the fight with Mayweather, than he would have if he let Pacquiao fight him.
