I think Paul Williams would give PBF absolute fits.

    why do you think that?

Is it because Floyd said "who has Margorito fought" instead of fighting him, if it is carlito that isn't ducking thats logic.

I doubt he would fight Paul but he'd beat Cotto easily. I would like to see Paul fight Cotto.

williams' footwork has much to be desired he regularly trips over his own feet. i don't think he can hang with floyd but it'd be fun to watch.

well what williams has is tremendous workrate hieght reach chin and odd angles on punches

for me he gives floyd a tough fight but floyd is the truth he just is too much of a **** to be number 1

Yeah i agree, PBF wanting to fight a top 10 p4per who happens to be the Ring and lineal champ at the weight below is just terrible if you ask me, if he was to fight some guy who has just earned a paper title however it would be a real example of courage:patsch

That would be a great fight to watch. Styles make fights. Mayweather would have to make some adjustments to deal with the long-limbed PW. Any "normal" size welter is going to have problems "boxing" with PW. Mayweather would have to get inside and use his quicker more accurate punches to keep PW off balance. That is not a style that Mayweather usually fights, but I think he could do it. PBF claims he is the greatest ever. If that is true, he should fight a guy like PW that will cause him to have to adjust his game. Would be a great fight to watch.

It would be a completely boring fight to watch Mayweather needs to be in with someone who can hurt him if he is to be in an exciting fight, someone who will pressure him and make him increase his punch output.

Mayweather has fought far better competition than both. Corrales, Castillo, De La Hoya are all great fighters.

PBF wouldn't fight Williams, but he'd murder Cotto.

I've always felt that way, the fight a couple days ago just made me feel even stronger about this opinion.

Pauls volume of punching gives anyone one fits! Not to mention his freakishly tall and lanky frame in the WW division.

You're right...Floyd wouldn't get hit like Margo was.....But nothing Floyd will do will will diminish the Punch output of Williams which is why Floyd would have a tough time with Paul. Not saying Floyd wouldn't find a way to adapt and win...he always does...but It would definitley be a TEST!
