I think Prescott would beat Khan again.

This was no lucky knockout. Prescott didn't catch Khan slipping, nor did he take advantage of an unfocused Khan like say, Rahman took advantage of a unfocused Lewis, or Douglas over Tyson. Prescott was outboxing Khan, beating him to the punch before the knockout. Check out the jab that he stuffed in Khan face.

As far as the knockout, that left hook was perfectly timed. You can see Prescott pause for a split second, then throw that perfect counter shot. This fight was only 54 seconds, but it was all I have to see to know that Prescott won because he is the better fighter (or has Khan's #) not because he got lucky. What do you think?

But Khan is a lot better now though? Roach wouldn't let him be so open to the left again.

He's not even the same fighter. When was the last time you saw Khan throw a single punch?

Their careers have gone in opposite directions, Khan would absolutely blitz him.

The phrase "caught cold" doesn't just refer to a lucky punch landing before someone can prepare for it.

Khan was completely unprepared for Prescott from the opening bell. Yes, that made Breidis the "better man" on the night. It's the height of folly to assume that Amir - with Freddie Roach backing him - would not be tenfold more prepared and waiting with a game plan (based on exhaustive scouting) to deal with anything that the Colombian can throw at him.

Have you seen any of Prescott's fight since then? If not, don't worry about it. Keep an eye on his fight against McCloskey, and then come back to us.

I think so aswell. That knockout was absolutely embarrassing and Khan has given no sign of wanting to avenge that loss. It's absolutely pathetic Roach knows that Presscot will knock his out again. This fight should of been made instead of the Khan/Irish Bum fight that was made earlier this year.

Come on man, khan would have a game plan for anything briedes brings, also khans punch resistance has increased massively.

Khan would wipe the floor with Prescott at 140.

No more boiling down to lightweight.

Prescott is a B level fighter

Khan is a borderline elite level fighter

There is no way Prescott can beat Khan again, I doubt Prescott can even beat McCloskey

Yes. People say there is no need for Khan to avenge that loss, but I beg to differ. I mean HE GOT KNOCKED OUT IN 54 SECONDS! Knocked out in 54 seconds when he was already a star, unlike Pac, who got KO'd when he was still a youngster. I don't give a **** what Prescott has or hasn't done since Khan. That is a loss that needs to be vindicated.

Damn I hate watching that fight. It literally gives me the chills seeing Khan crushed like that. I think Khan NEEDS to avenge this loss. It was devastating and Prescott, however average, Bclass he is, is still a notable opponent, especially if he dispatches McClosky next month.
