I think Rigo's going to be pretty screwed from now on.

The butthurt people are the ones calling it a 'schooling' and are mad at the media and fans for booing.

Again, why are you all the sudden changing your own words? Why? What happened Saturday was the blueprint for what you have called 'boring' in the past.

I am not the one that is 'butthurt'.

What will happen, handpick some opponents for him he will look sensational against them, c level skills fighters(RIOS for example) were pretty popular because matched the right way, than when Rios faced Abril he looked like **** because he is C level fighter.
Give Rigo fighters that suit him perfectly if you want to sell him to the casual, he has power its enough to KTFO some guys so the casual would love him. But in these kind of fights if you know boxing you did not expect high action fight from these two guys due to styles, but i honestly did not find Rigo vs Nonito boring at all, what did some of you expect its not like Rigo was in there against BUM so this was disappointing, when two A level fighters meet it is expected to be feeling out process and tendency to be really careful there for not high action fight.

I had Donaire winning 3 rounds one of which was 10-8.

I have NEVER suggested or implied that Rigo did not clearly win the fight.

All I have said as there is NO WAY all those fans and media are/were wrong. There is no grand conspiracy. It was just not a very exciting fight.

    Do you understand this?

  7. what r u insane? that was a complete and utter schooling. rigondeaux completely outclassed that scrub.

What all media? and they were all DONAIRE fans where's Rigo getting fans to come to there from
The fight was exciting because of who they were, kinda like Pac vs Floyd was never gonna be a slugfest but every punch that landed woulda been crucial
All those fans, so you counted the fans lol

HBO probably likes to hold on to him, at least for few more fights.
    Vultures take over after that.

SAD, you are probably some guy that got KTFO when your girlfriend slapped you, so you come here to feel good when someone else gets KTFO, now you cry because Rigo won, RJJ was excited all night and very pleased because he respects skill level he is seeing, if you dont then STFU and start watching some other combat sport obviously boxing is to technical for you!!!

He threw more punches than Donaire, landed more punches than Donaire and Donaire was busted up at the end of the fight. So Donaire is an exciting fighter because he walked forward blocking punches with his face and not throwing anything back?
People who didn't enjoy Rigo's performance aren't fans of boxing. Bob Arum isn't a fan of boxing and doesn't understand boxing. If Donaire went down in the 12th (he wasn't far off it) then you'd have a completely different story. I don't think I've ever been that intense/on edge during a fight before, every move I was intently focused on and reacting to. Some people found the Froch-Kessler fight exciting, I found it extremely boring because of the lack of skill on display.
For people who have boxed/understand the sport then they found Rigo-Donaire very exciting. You chin checker ******s aren't boxing fans, you're just wrestling fans who follow characters and enjoy smack talk.

I love how nobody on here knows Boxing because they thought a fight where a guy was content on tapping gloves, circling, and throwing one punch at a time was boring.

Like I said there is NO WAY all those fans and the media is wrong about this. None.

Hopefully in his next fight he is more active. :good
