I think Tarver is going to knock Dawson out.

Glencoffe can punch aswell though but he didn't starch Dawson (although some would argue he won the fight).

I'm still going with Dawson, Tarver looked horrible against Woods, his stamina is awful.

EDIT: Tarver's IBF and IBO titles are on the line, Dawson of course relinquished his WBC as he didn't want to travel to Romania to fight Diaconu.

Agreed, but Johnson is the much more likely to land big with his pressure, Tarver's stamina is just plain horrible. I see Dawson winning by UD 117-111

It depends which Tarver turns up. Having said that he was starting to gass in the Woods fight. A fight he absolutely dominated.

It could only take Tarver one punch. This fight should be intresting.

Johnson was landing ( and won the fight), but doesn't have the power of Tarver. Johnson is a different fighter that throws a lot of punches and wears opponents down. Tarver is a knock out puncher.

I can see Tarver winning, but my prediction has remained the same for over a year now: Dawson via TKO.

The best thing that happened to Dawson was Tarver looking better against a shot Woods. Tarver has retained some power and skills, but he has lost stamina to a rapid degree. He's going to look old and slow against Dawson, who will bust him up and finish him late.

Unless Tarver lands one huge shot, which is possibly. I'm just not sure Tarver punches as hard as people think he does, given his KO record in recent fights.
