    there was a reason delahoya ran for dear life those last few rounds...it had everything to do with him not wanting to get knocked out.

    Its cause he was way ahead after schooling tito, he didnt wanted to risk getting hit by a felix hail mary punch so he ran.
    He still should have won though, tito's promoter decided otherwise though.

    In a slugfest who would you go with, and yes i understand oscar had the greater chin no doubt but trinidad was a different animal imo..

    There arent many guys you would pick over a prime tito in a slugfest, thats why most atg's would avoid getting caught and win.
    One of the fantasy matchups that has played trough my head several times is hearns vs tito, I edge to trinidad stopping him then feel blasphemous just considering it.

    No coincidence Holyfield and Tito, King's biggest stars got the two biggest gifts that year :yep

    Oscar could have KO'd Tito whenever he wanted. Why risk it though when you're outboxing him easily?

    Ye his physical dimensions were something to behold, kinda like hearns in terms of reach, speed and power, but hearns' ability to box might just set him apart in that one..

    Nope. The only way Tito is hurting Oscar is if he uses the famous Rican left hook to the nuts like he did against Reid and Vargas, when they were able to stand with him toe to toe :yep
