Tito was a dangerous puncher, but not as in a one punch ko power type. He set you up with a left uppercut or hook, leaving you in a daze, before he went for the kill. Oscar didn't carry his power as well, but no way was Tito outgunning Oscar in long range. Maybe close range Tito outguns Oscar, but Oscar's left hook was more explosive and superior. If Oscar sat on his punches more like when he almost decapitated Mayorga his power would be even more evident. Tito had to hit Mayorga acouple times before Mayorga went down. But what both Oscar and Tito share in common is both were great combination punchers.

I honestly feel the same way... you see how Vargas and Mayroga put tito down?... And the Mayorga fight was Tito after a lay off but Oscar fought after a lay off against Mayroga too..... so I might just go with DLH
