I think he should retire - but I don’t think he’s losing anything from his legacy is he doesnt.

He looked like he’d lost a step in his last fight with Fury. If he loses now, I think most would chalk it up to him being past his best.

People generally don’t hold Wlads losses to Fury or AJ as a mark against him for this reason, or most of RJJs losses against him.

It' takes a lot for a champ to walk away and retire,in the heavyweight s especially.
Only Tunney, Marciano and Lewis did it.
It would be great for his legacy but I'd be surprised if he gets out unbeaten.

He is old so could retire, but for those saying retire whilst at the top…this is not a good enough reason and goes against the warrior code.

you don’t reach the top and then retire, you reign or try to do your best until the fight leaves you.

fighters don’t choose when to retire if it’s convenient to them or their legacy. They retire when retirement calls them…some ignore the message and carry on too far.

In the warrior code, there's no surrender.
The body says, "quit," the spirit cries, "Never!"

This is the lifelong disease fighters have to live with, even when their time is up, the spirit still wants to fight and compete.

Yes, the reason Ali ended up with Parkinson's, Louis and Robinson with Alzeimers. I feel you, bro. I was just having some Rocky IV fun, there.

    Oh from the song? lol.
It’s sad but true, to many, it’s an addiction that usually turns sad.

What’s interesting is that I don’t get the vibe from him that he cares so much about losing, I’m sure if he figures he can’t give it his best anymore he’ll walk away.

A true fighter thinks like this.

I feel he thinks like this too.

I agree with this. If he was a "protect the O" guy, he would have stayed at Cruiserweight or kept fighting the Chazz Witherspoons of the HW division.

Exactly that. Once he beats Dubois/Parker let's see what happens. Would love that fight to happen but i doubt it does.

Milk this win for a few months while keeping quite about future plans. Then either retire or fight Zhang in China if he beat's Kabayel and retire.

Think we all wanna see a fresh face across the ring from Usyk.. the Joshuas, Dubois' & Furys are boring now.. either Bakole, Zhang, Parker or retire. Who else is there?

Losing an 0 ruins legend status?

Someone inform Muhammad Ali, Joe Louis, Jack Johnson, Sam Langford, and others.
