I think you have to at least consider Brook at Saul Alvarez level right now

His punches have plenty of snappiness to them, like you say its the speed and accuracy that does the damage. I think Monte Barrett described Haye's punches at heavyweight as really snappy but lacking in weight and i think something similar can be seen with Brook's power. That may be a terrible comparison but thats how i see it.:D

This. Although 'Canelo' has fought more fringe World-level types.

Both big for their respective weights. Kell looks a specimen at 147.

I don't rate Brooks power in terms of knocking people out. The fact that he is so sharp, accurate and varied and isn't sparking people (admittedly durable World-level journeymen) leads me to believe that whilst he will stun people, he's unlikely to be able to rely on it if his style gets nullified.

Saying that, Khan, Berto, Ortiz, all winnable via stoppage for Kell. Berto and Ortiz would have a decent chance of landing something on him as well IMO. Would be interesting to see how Khan's speed and flurries stunt Kell's rhythm.

The way Khan squares up & falls forward after his flurries will mean trouble against Kell, especially as he tires & slows downs. I can see Khan walking onto some nasty shots from Kell & getting discouraged. Once his workrate reduces I cant see a way for Khan to win as Brook will be landing the better quality & bossing the fight from the centre of the ring.

2 out of 5 aint bad

But how you can mention early versions of Calzaghe, Mayweather and especially Vladimir when talking about lack of aggression is quite beyond me
