I would be whats refered to by some as an 'Ali-nutthugger' (silly term) but Joe won this fight. It wasnt 'close' but neither was it lop-sided. Ali played his part in a great fight that joe won by a couple rounds and dervedly so. Not many would have lived with joe that night so its no shame to have been beaten by him

Easy fight to score. Frazier clearly won it.

It was a terrific fight and both men performed well.. But Joe Frazier deserved the win..

Well I'm a big Ali fan and I think Frazier won. Having said that I don't think it would have been outrageous if Ali had got the decision.

Frazier sealed the deal with the knockdown in rd. 15 back in 1971. However, yes, Ali nailed Frazier early and midway thru the fight with razor sharp punches that scored points. Ali struggled a tad in the champeenship rds of 11 thru 15, but was still competitive enough to raise a brow.... Still, I'll let the late Joe Frazier rest in peace and have his win with dignity....
