Still think if he got himself out of the Ingle stable and learned to box properly he could do something!

Its not just that, his other weaknesses is a lack of stamina, lack of work rate and lack of focus.

He is going nowhere, where ever he goes.:D

Theres nothing wrong with Ingle fighters. They`ve produced some great domestic talent and HOF calibre British fighters. The problem is Small. He thinks his that good.Problem is he isnt. His all style and no substance. At the end of the day he fought for an area level title. His had a shade under 20 fights and is still only fighting at an area level?

If that was Tak from 6-7 years ago Small would have been KO`ed in under 3 rounds.

Are you sure he is with Ingle? I know he split from Spencer Fearon down at City Boxer and I thought was now being trained by Brian Lawrence, coach to Ian Napa. Brian of course may have something to with Ingle that I wasn't aware of?

he is kinda talented but he doesnt have ANY tools..doe she have a jab does he have a hook an uppercut a right hand nothing his defence is lacking and when he does his cover up he covers his face not his body.

he could be a domestic contender and a pretty good one at that but it was proven that a decent boxer puncher like pryce could easily beat him

He actually reminds me of Spencer Fearon but he's just had way easier matches. His balance is ok, he's a bit flashy but the X Factor is missing.

I think he causes anyone in the divison problems but he is trying to fight like a world champ when he needs to fight more like a contedner.

I wouldn't bet against him if he foguht pryce or moore though.

Spencer was his trainer. I preferred Spencer myself. Small is just a dickhead.

Tak says Small was better than he thought he'd be and can punch a bit, but said he's nowwhere near as good as he (Small) thinks he is.

He had no excuses and said he felt he was doing okay until he got cut and lost focus and then got caught. Said after that he was just playing catch-up and didn't have it in the tank to catch up with him and struggled to pull the trigger.

Pretty disillusioned with the whole sport right now and says he's trained hard, but has been going through the motions.

I'll be surprised if he comes back. Did well for a lad from Margate, hardly a hotbed of boxing, even more so when he was a youngster. Like a lot of SN fighters, it's a battle to get on the bills and I think if he'd have hooked up with Jimmy Mac from day one he'd have done even better (although I don't things have run smoothly with Jimmy for a long time now, even though Tak kept him in his corner).

All the best to Tak for the future if he doesn't come back though. Genuinely nice lad.

I liked Tak he was never a world beater but he was a very good domestic operator. In his prime he would have chewed Small up and spat him out the kids a nothing. As for Tak i think retirement looms. But knowing his desire and love of boxing i doubt he`ll go out on a defeat.
