Well he's going to have to work on some **** in camp, and tighten that defense, because he has the skills, it's just the chin that is suspect. And rightfully so, Mora shouldn't have been able to do that, but Jacobs did pound his ass in the rematch.. so.. we'll see.

I don't like the fact this is PPV, I mean, I know why they're doing it, it's for more leverage against Canelo at the negotiation table, but what if it doesn't sell again? I mean is Jacobs really more known than Lemieux at this point? I'm not sure about that.

Jack is actually a good fighter and P4P much better and skilled than Jacobs that's for damn sure. If they ever fought he would tool him. If GGG was fighting Jack instead of Jacobs I would give him his due.

I don't agree. Jack only has size over Jacobs, I think Danny is a better natural athlete and they are similar on technique and skills.

The problem is none of these guys are anything special C level Euro level fighters at best. Murray FFS never even won a belt and he's the best fighter GGG has fought. Jacobs fits right in line with this group as he isn't anything special either and I've said this for awhile hell I picked Quillen to beat Jacobs that shows you how much I think of him.

This fight isn't PPV worthy and I suspect the fans will speak and not buy it. Canelo's last PPV was a total flop as well and Golden Boy lost 10 million on the promotion.

I disagree Jack is much more skilled than Jacobs better jab defense you name it. The only thing Jacobs probably has over Jack is P4P he's the bigger puncher that's it.

"We'll see how good GGG is" is the exact same line people said about before those fights. If GGG fights as disciplined as he did against Lemieux, It'l be more than enough and he'll be perceived as "overhyped" by others if not by you.

Bigger punch, better athleticsm, better at mixing his punches up but we'll have to agree to disagree.

Nope he took punches from a roided Bute and from Groves and Dirrell all of which who can punch. Jacobs was dropped and on ***** street by light hitting Mora.

I consider them B- to B+ levellers, and most did too before they fought GGG. Jacobs is slightly better than them but Quillin was generally viewed as the #2 MW( even a legitimate threat to 3G by some of his critics) so blowing him off like that deserves credit and makes him a legitimate top contender.

Seen many bumped threads, have an account on boxrec for several years and I've been following lurking around and following IB's rbr's here for several years. I started an account last year because I wasn't able to see the threads without logging in anymore.

Interesting. I've said for months if he fought Jacobs and beat him, I'd give him credit. And I stand by what I say.
