I told a few I would man up if I scored the 12th wrong in Cotto-Mosley.

Let me correct myself Scientist, I wrote uppercut, but it was a left hook that froze Cotto in that 9th round.
When I rewatch that round, I'll let you know exactly at what part of the round it came.
While I watched it live, when Mosely landed that hook, I said out loud, I think Cotto is hurt!
(No doubt, Cotto was in trememdous shape, because thats the same type of hook that has had Cotto walking on ***** street in the past!)
....and Mosely landed it clean and hard!

As for Shane running around the ring in the 7th.....If I'm not mistaken, Mosely started backpedalling in need of s second wind in the 6th...he looked gassed and lost that 6th round quite clearly on my card.....
.....but in the 7th, Mosely circled and did alot of flicking as you say, but Cotto looked dumbfounded and only chased, throwing little of any significance.
From my recollection, Mosely landed the cleaner harder blows overall even while in retreat.

 

Do you remember at what stage of the round that punch connected? The only hard punch that possibly hurt Cotto that round from what I remember was an overhand right along the ropes with about 20 seconds to go. But even there Cotto immediately came back with shots so it couldn't have done that much damage.

I think Molsey landed a few more shots that round, but there wasn't really anything hard landed from either guy. Whilst I agree Mosley won the round, if there was a round where you could have favoured the aggressor, I think that might have been one of them. You're right that Cotto was dumbfounded though.
