I picked Canelo to win because Kovalev is shot. Just like Eric Morales said.

I am not surprise. What surprised me was it took 11 rounds.

 

I thought it was one of Canelo best performances actually. He stayed patient but kept coming forward knowing sooner or later that left hook which was landing or just missing all night would pay off and it did. As soon as he hurt Kos with that right hand he loaded the left and it was over. The right hand just turned the lights out as a bonus.

 

I have predicted Canelo's KO win from round 7 to round 11 in the thread about final predictions. A lot of people also though Canelo was going to stop him. Kovalev is shot, he looked beyond awful against Yarde. I had no doubdts that Canelo would stops this version of Kovalev

 

Kovalev is much older than all three when Pacquaio fought them.
