It's pretty obvious, at least to me, that Team Pac who has already said many times that they would take a 50/50 split, is now trying to negotiate Mayweather down to 50/50 by now asking for 60/40. Mayweather has been firm on his stance that he's deserving of the lion's share and is not willing to take an even split. LOL at all of the people who are now pointing the finger at team Pac when it's clear that they are just doing their due diligence.
I hope Floyd don't give in to this BS. Pac has had advantages in his last 3 fights. Manny will not go down as an ATG because he simply can't bring himself to fight a fight that is without advantages for him. I can't respect this short chinaman any more than I can respect his cornermen for trying to get every single advantage they can. Alexis Arguello, Roberto Duran, Salvador Sanchez, Sugar Ray Robinson and the rest of the real fighters/boxer would never have dreamed of trying to ask for an advantage in every dam fight. **** Manny, **** Roach and most importantly **** Bob Arum. I knew they was scared of Mayweather. And you *******s can say what you want to but the fact is in the air with Manny and his team!!!! FB!!!
You know you're in a masterpiece of a boxing thread when you have a "Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa......." as thread title. Kudos.
And Floyd is always in a disadvantage ??? Didn't he asked Hatton a 140 pounder to move up to 147? And so with JMM . . . a 135 pounder up to 144 and he didn't even make weight? Get your brain working dude. :deal :rofl :rofl :rofl
If you went by how much value (in terms of PPV buys) each fighter brings to the deal it should be 95-5 Pac.
Can you blame them?, Pac has been beating on guys no one even THOUGHT he'll fight. 2 years ago is there ANYONE that imagined Pac would fight and beat the likes of DLH, Hatton and Cotto? Not only that but go in as a strong favorite over Cotto and Hatton. Pac earned his spot and earned the right to demand whatever the hell he wants. Just at the list of accomplishments, first ever 7 weight division champion, first ever lineal champion in 4 weights. The man is breaking records, sadly Mayweather never did and I'm a fan of both as you know. About Arum he never wanted that fight ANYWAY and would rather have Pac fight others in his stable or Concreto in Tijuana. [yt]yE_tsPatoBU[/yt]
PacDBest, the seer? Kudos Scar. You're the more level-headed, balanced and respectable of PBF's fans--a rare breed indeed. You speak the Truth Brah... :good
no reason for Pac to fight Floyd on his turf. If Floyd doesn't want the fight at a catchweight then he should fight at 140 where Pacquiao is the undisputed champion.
Pac should have the bigger pay day as he is the Champ & the bigger draw, but the fight should be at the 147 limit if it is for the welterweight title.
