I told you Khan could not take a punch

When his legs buckled after the jab I knew he was in the ****...I think he did too.

 

In my opinion Khan deserved what he got tonight. He's been shouting his mouth off saying that he is going to be the youngest world champion ever. All of his career he has been calling out fighters like Thaxton, Romanov, Murray, Diaz, Manny & most recently Hatton. Just because he believes in his own hype doesn't mean he has a right to be a great fighter.

Yeah, you and me both. And Amsterdam too. Several of us have pointed this out as soon as they started padding his record with all those feather-fisted fighters. It was OBVIOUS. I KNEW this day would come, and I said that if this guy from Columbia was not just a fraud with a padded record, if he really could punch, that Khan was gonna get exposed.

But still there are a few of the "that punch woulda KOd anybody" morons out there, arguing that Khan just got "caught" or some bull****. NO, it's the CHIN, people, the CHIN!!!!!!!!!

And that chin is GRADE A ****in' CHINA!!!!!

I was shocked at how bad he looked against this guy. Like techniquelly he look far inferior.

 

Oh come on, man - that's silly. Jones competed for YEARS at the world class level and only got taken out when he got old. He's perhaps the best example of a fighter LOSING whatever punch resistance he had when he was on the downside, but that's a whole different ballgame than Khan, who NEVER had any.

 

Well...RJJ's skills aren't the issue...i mean , sure amazing guy...But his chin ?... No wonder he was so fast...he kept avoiding the KO like the plague for almost his entire career. (same goes with Mayweather actually...I wonder what his chin is really worth)...But RJJ's chin is terrible. Another guy who comes close is Wlad , but even his chin isn't that bad.

Khan takes the cake though.

 

Actually Jones took a flush shot from Ruiz in their fight and took it really well

 

Wlad also took some brutal shots...(and so did Lennox...another glass chin imo)... But the reality is that , on average , they're more likely to get brutally koed.

 

My issue is the way that they will use Rubio as a scapegoat. The fact is that Khan does not have the tools to compete at top level - not that I would say Rubio is even elite yet.

in the amatuers, there were a few people in the know, that amir was weak round the whiskers but his long stalker-boxer style didnt allow people to get that close to him.

also his spoonfeeding of bums and non punchers has meant he can throw great combos and be loose with his defence becuas ehe knows he doesnt and cant be hurt (so it seemed:hey )

the guy also bends over to throw punches a big NO NO NO NO NO in boxing as it leaves your chin hanging and doesnt use your hips into the equasion just your arms.


it also doesnt help how ****ing open he was with his defence, that only really paid the cost against prescott. he was walking into gomez with his hands at his temple and his chest atsch

his defence is as leaky as hell followed by a now exposed weak chin.

a truly horrible mix.


the guy just has to learn how to defend and use his natural aspects accordingly not throwing big combos becuase it looks flashy becuase a guy will smack you with a hook.

hopefully this can smack him up his head that he has to fix up look sharp even more hopfully he can become less cocky about his handspeed and arm punches and uses skills and technical manuvas that a olympic boxer should.
he is slick he just doesnt use it.
