We found out the truth today. Spence beat him down.

However, if it was thesame eye from the GGG fight that was re-injured then Eddie Hearn should be blamed for putting him in with a 160 lb monster like GGG.

Well you are wrong with regards to the eye, but you are right that Hearn should never have allowed for Brook to fight GGG.

    It's cost him his career.

moving up two weight classes to face ggg and then back down two weight classes to face spence was career suicide. i said it before the fight, if this fight had happened last year brook would of won, golovkin took his soul...

Can't get over this hating on Eddie Hearn, picking holes in every single thing the man does, if the first fight on a 10 fight card is crap people are complaining all night. No one in this country would be watching boxing if it wasn't for that man.

He brings mega fights here and the idiots who attend the events he created have the audacity to criticise him and boo him. Look at what Frank Warren is doing and how many champions he's had recently alongside Eddie's and try to tell me he's not the very best promoter in this country or indeed the world.

I am not one of those who hates on Eddie Hearne. I actually think his quite witty and enjoy his interviews.

Think of it this way. If Canelo who is a natural 160 pounder delayed fighting GGG for this long, then why would a 147 pounder like brook who is not a concussive puncher at his weight or a defensive genius like Mayweather jump two weight classes to fight a man that dropped Kovalev in sparring. It was the most stupid decision that Eddie Hearne was a huge part of. Kell Brooke sold his soul for money by taking that fight and it is inevitable that he will retire soon at only the age of 31.

Brooke is done, stick a fork in him.
