    Possibly 10-15 years or so

They've been doing a lot of great work with rising stars such as J'Leon Love, Ishe Smith, Luis Arias etc etc and Floyd Mayweather Jr
    Floyd Mayweather 43-0 (World Champion)
    J'Leon Love 15-0
    Ishe Smith 25-5 (World Champion)

    Ex: Jesse Vargas

They're definitely making their name heard on a worldwide level. Their brand is also becoming bigger and bigger (Money Team). In addition, they also have some of the biggest brains in the business building the brand/company; Leonard Ellerbe, Al Haymon, Floyd Mayweather. Just recently, they got their first world champion in Ishe Smith. It was a great moment to say the very least.

It really makes me happy to see that Mayweather and his team are becoming such a big part of boxing. Mayweather has recently signed a lucrative deal with CBS/Showtime and this move will bring boxing back on network television in the very foreseeable future.

This move will bring boxing back on center stage. As you all already know, boxing has fallen off favor in the United States. I truly believe that Mayweather cares for the sport and he's doing everything he can to garner public interest back to boxing.

I think from here on out, they will just be BIGGER AND BIGGER. More and more stars will want to sign with them.

What do you guys think about Mayweather Promotions?

With Ellerbe running the show, I wouldn't be surprised if they did it within five.

I think he might regret not doing Money Team with 50 cause it looked like a good idea, 50 and Floyd should have went to Haymon and worked with him, also letting Vargas go was a bad move. If Lopez beats Maidana Floyd would be wise to do business with him when he is free.

Talented, young black fighters will flock to TMT.

He'll have trouble getting fighters of other races to join, though.

I know he did, 50 was stupid with his comments but he has deep pockets and I think him and Floyd could have formed a good company with Haymon's help.
