He has considerably raised the public's awareness of Wilder-Fury and built a huge demand for the fight even before it has been officially announced. Has he said anything about AJ-Povetkin yet? Are they going to fight or not?
Has he? Not heard one piece of media from him on UK media regarding Wilder v Fury.....Just Joshua v Povetkin. The promotion has been done 99% by Fury.....Wilder hasn't said a word either. Just seen the press conference today where Fury said he is coming for 'Bum Wilder'. I see the angle you're trying to take here...... But it actually If Hearn is promoting this fight, like you say he is, how can he be accused of 'ducking Wilder'? If Hearn didn't want to fight the Fury/Wilder winner, he'd keep completely silent about the fight..... Like Mayweather did for years with Pacquiao.
Oh I'm just trolling, don't worry. He just lost the Hooker-Saucedo purse bid to TR interestingly enough
I think the issue Eddie is gunna have is he announced he has a billion dollars but he hasn’t shown any intention of really putting his hands in his pocket to sign the marquee names.
Hearn is getting battered with questions about Fury and Wilder and he is giving his opinion. He isnt on the news and in the papers talking about them hes doing it on the social media and Youtube and its only us real Boxing fans watching those. Not that it matters, the bigger the Wilder Fury fight is the better all round. This is a semi final really to meet Joshua in the final.
Then he should just answer "I'm here to talk about ..." and steer the direction of the conversation. And he shouldn't put stuff out constantly on social media about Wilder-Fury, which he has.
Why what has he been saying? I saw he said more than once he didn't think the fight would happen but that's just an opinion and now he's saying it looks real. He's had a guess as to what they are getting paid and has guessed at respectful figures and I've heard him say anything to raise the profiles or those 2 fighters is a good thing. What else has he been saying to get you so erect?
You're the one who gets erect whenever Eddie's name is mentioned. I'm just complimenting him on helping raise the profile of a big heavyweight fight. Too bad it's not one he's promoting. But he'll have the big Days Inn card with Adamek for his Matchroom USA debut. Maybe he's saving himself for that.
