Guys like Maidana/Guerrero I don't mind getting the fight when they did because of their body of work. Guerrero was unbeaten for 8 years through 4 divisions a titlist in 4 and a Champ in 2. People talk about Berto he's on the same level as the rest of the overhyped WW Champs of his era like Quintana, Margarito, Clottey and he lasted longer....

Every real boxing fan has been known about Maidana even before he made Ortiz quit, he's been a legit WW Champ and a legit JWW Titlist. A guy like Bradley basically ducked Khan and Mayweather, Maidana fought both. I'm not even a Broner fan but Broner was/is looked at as one of the best new talents in the sport. Up until he signed to fight Mayweather everyone praised him for his warrior spirit.

Baldomir was fighting the same level of comp as Margarito in 06" probably higher because Margarito never fought a Top Rated Champ til 09 and Baldomir fought the Undisputed WW Champ in Judah. Only difference was Baldomir was also unbeaten for 8 years. Baldomir hung with Top Rated Champs from WW-SMW and will go down higher all time than Margarito.

The only people imo who gain any credit from beating Margarito is Mosley and Cotto in the rematch, Mosley because Tony was at his overhyped best then he tried to cheat Mosley. Cotto because Margarito took his 0 and sent him into the lowest point of his career that was more of a mental thing which at times is more important. Cotto has said himself he mentally didn't feel as confident in himself again until the rematch. Cotto didn't even beat a Real Champ until he hit JMW and the great Manny Pacquiao ducked Yuri Foreman after Clottey because of style.

You talk about who these guys beat as big wins Erik Morales lost the fight before Pacquiao I and six straight fights after. Barrera I was cool but he was coming off Brain Surgery, then why fight him again the second time coming off a loss to Marquez 5 years later. Marauez is touted as this great win but Pacquiao in most opinions lost 3/4 fights, btw Castillo has a better overall resume than Marquez and him arguably beating Mayweather is better than Marquez arguably beating Pacquiao 4 times yet Castillo is no ATG and Marquez is explain how the greatest LW in the last 20 years is not an ATG. Duck Mosley at 143 to fight just KO'd Cotto with no trainer, and never say his name until he had a loss and draw. Cotto arguably lost 2/3 fights heading into the Pac fight leading into the Mayweather fights he was coming in off 3 TKO win over the same level of comp plus working with one of the best trainers.

Its almost night and day on paper Pacquiao has a lots of great names but almost all of them were coming in off shitty performances and KO/embarrassing UD losses not 3/4 years before like a Mayweather opponent but 1-2 fights before. Everybody loses but when every top name on your record was coming off a loss or disputed decision that's a sign.

Also the ONLY reason Mayweather-Mosley happen was because Pacquiao turned down drug testing and the ONLY reason Mayweather-Cotto happened was because Pacquiao said I'll take less got called out then said 50/50 or no fight THE ONLY TIME PACQUIAO HAS EVERY SPOKEN UP ABOUT A FIGHT WITH MAYWEATHER WAS WHEN HE WAS ARGUABLY COMING OFF THREE LOSSES IN ROW, WHEN PACQUIAO WAS ON TOP HE COULDNT TURN DOWN A MAYWEATHER FIGHT FAST ENOUGH

He has never faced anyone dangerous, because with his pre fight preparation and in ring brilliance, no matter who you put in front of him they would have been considered nut dangerous. And to say that the only names he's fought were washed up, just goes to show how very little you know about this sport. Gatti, Corrales, Castillo, Mitchell, Judah. In 17 years he has fought 22 former current or future champions. No tomato cans there bro.

    I agree with this
Their undying love for Mayweather has them brainwashed
There's a valid reason why Mayweather is known as a cherrypicker. He even admitted it himself on video but these 19 year old teenagers like modernfonzie are too brainwashed :patsch

It's retaliation from butthurt "fans" fro Floyd not facing the opponents the majority of the boxing world wanted to see him fight at certain time.

I don't think calling Floyd a cherrypicker is done to make PAcquiao look better...Pacquiao did his share of cherrypicking a well.

Floyd just does it more consistently and blatantly.

You are truly a world class Troll.

Floyd hasn't fought a guy coming off a loss since Judah in 2006.

The fight was made before Judah lost to Baldy unexpectedly... but people still wanted the fight.. because Judah was one of the only guys that could match Floyd in speed and technique.. though Judah never quite lived up to that potential he really had.

So what's Floyd do? Beats Judah, then goes and beats Baldomir.

People kept saying Floyd was too small for Baldomir.. and Floyd boxed his ass off.

Is there names that Floyd could and should have fought? Hell yeah there is. His resume at 140 is pathetic.. Gatti, Bruseles and Corley? Yeah.. it was a bad stretch.. though admittedly Gatti was his best ever at that time... and Floyd destroyed him.. destroyed him... but Gatti had came off 3 solid wins against solid contenders.

So yes, there's holes.. but it's ****ing boxing.. every goddamned fighter who doesn't stay in one division their whole life has holes in their resume.
