I'm thinking you are meaning that whites have committed more crimes of racism or have been more racist then other races in the past.. But I'm not sure because you involk history and work-wide. I think you might find that the Asians in the past have been quite racist in the past and present against other races and to their fellow asians. Maybe living in a western nation you have read mostly about the history of people of the area surrounding yourselves.
