    In the event of a knockdown, the fighter who suffered the KD, is deducted an extra point on top of the one they're already deducted for losing the round. 10-8 for one knockdown. 10-7 for 2, etc.

    The only other thing I'd say about the KD rule is that there are cases where a fighter can go down but still only lose the round 10-9. It depends how the rest of the round went. If one guy is winning the round and dominating the action and then suffers a flash knockdown at the end, I'd consider making it only a 10-9 round for the other fighter.
