That is go from 175lb (current) up to 200 this is so i can compete at C/W (not h/w)

Right now I eat fairly lean and dont do much resistance training at all.

What changes to diet/training do you suggest?

By the way i'm 6 foot 1 if this helps and I did used to weigh over 200 before i began training a few years back

Eat more and lift more or do bodyweight excercises.
And just for the record roy jone didnt go from 175 to 200.. he use to weigh in at 200 but never actually weighed it on fight night.

Not sure why you'd want to do this when it appears your optimal/natural weight is 175.
There's no magical recipe here. Roy walked around at 185 or so and used weights along with a protein rich diet to get to 199lbs. Simply work out with weights and eat more. It's not any more complex than that.
Although i would expect your boxing training to be hampered significantly as its hard to gain weight when doing both anaerobic and aerobic exercise.
In addition this will take time. As the quality of the Weight you gain may be counter productive as well as counter productive to performance.
