Both are brawlers, good chins, little defense, and both have punching power. All those four facts combined= A great barnburner of a fight.

It wouldn't necassarily. Styles make fights. People need to understand that just because last Saturday's fight was one of the fights of the year, doesn't suddenly make Maidana an exciting fighter in whichever match he would be in.

Look at Maidana-Cayo, or Maidana-Corley. Plus it wouldn't have a big buzz atmosphere and not really and edge of the seat fight.

Both would land big blows, but we wouldn't be going ooh aah after every blow like we did for the Khan-Maidana fight.

Maidana would knock him out in my opinion.

Hey thats your opinion. You obviously prefer a style contrast fight between a brawler and a boxer. Which was what Khan and Maidana fight was.

But I'm a blood and guts kind of guy. I would like to see two men pound the living daylights out of each other nonstop. For how ever long it last.

    I enjoyed Maidana vs Cayo.

And I have no clue why you brought up Maidana vs Corley. Corley hasn't been relevant in years. Why on earth were you expecting a great fight from that?

I'm not going OOH and AAHH if I'm watching them fight. I want to see an all out war.

  6. Maidana vs Corley WAS a great fight. Corley actually showed up and had Maidana hurt on a couple occasions. Maidana barely made it out of that fight.

True awesome match up here. I think maidana takes this one by KO. Urango is just too wild. Maidana has better boxing skills and has power to hurt urango.

  8. I would love to see this fight actually... Urango would hang in there long enough to make it exciting for sure... I agree with above though, Maidana bombs him out around the 9th.

Id take Urango to break him down to the body

the only guys who beat Urango are slick boxers

He survived a war with an even harder hitting Bailey

    I'll take Urango

This is probably the least likely outcome. Devon Alexander stopped Urango with a perfectly timed uppercut that Urango never saw coming.

Maidana is not that accurate of a puncher. Had he been Amir would have been knocked out in their fight.

They both will probably be throwing punches the whole night.

I pick Maidana by a 12 round tko or by decision. Since Urango has been known to fatigue in the later rounds.

Urango would get an ass whooping of epic proportions.
