Jennings thinks he is a boxing god because of winning agaisnt a bum called Szpilka and because of winning through robbery against a shot Perez. He even thinks he can beat Wlad easily. Povetkin should face Jennings next and knock him out within 3, 4 rounds. Make that fight happen next year!
Jennings is not really a bum. He has a lot of skills, and can fight smart and composed, from the outside. I agree he's rather untested so far, he has a big question mark over him. Particularly it's not clear how good is his chin. Next two fights should be when we can see i he has it or not. I doubt they would ever put him against Povetkin at this stage. But maybe in the future.
