****ing cry me a river. opponents have no choice but to rush in head down. No one now can get to wlad which is why some of his matches are ugly. At 38 he can't use his tools to their fullest extent. Or even 75%. He is at the end but all opponents realize real quick how much power the dude has. Serious KO power. Tho very vulnerable at the moment. It will take an opponent with the reach and true KO power. Obviously DW isn't close to wlads career wise but he is the only fighter with the tools to take wlad out. Resume doesn't mean **** once in the ring.. all you guys talking about who so an so beat doesn't mean ****. Wilder is the only possible opponent with the tools to get the job done. Doesn't mean it'll happen, just means he is the only current fighter with the tools. It'll be who lands their best cleanest shot. Both have the most KO power since the best hw ever in LL.
Wlad seems to look for the clinch now as much as he looks for a punch. You can see him figuring out how to get the clinch in. He uses his feet less than he did to back away from punches. He's not Ruiz because Wlad breaks as soon as the ref tells him and he punches. It was tolerable against Puvlev, but in the Povetkin fight he should have lost more points and then been DQ'ed if it didn't stop. He didn't care for Povetkin's fast hands on the inside and was stung a couple of times and that's why he did it.
BS. If you eliminate fans who exclusively tune in for the hopes of seeing a certain fighter KO'd, the sport would be far worse off financially.
Quote of the year!!!!! :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl That's precisely what i say. :happy:happy:happy And that's why to have someone as skilled and as awesome Wlad could be, he looks to clinch instead of destroying his opponent. Jeezus
I know, Right Rummy... What the heck am I watching? Curling?? :yep:rofl This guy must be Canadian, Eh?
Likewise Brother Rummy! It has been a long time since I ventured to ESB. I have been very busy with my career. How are you? what's new? Still love politics? :smoke
