Just some thoughts I know this website isn't the same as it used to be and boxing fans can be really harsh so heres a quick breakdown 1- the arena was just about sold out it was packed! 2- every fight before dannys ended in a ko that was cool 3- the rican fans know there boxing and boy are they loud 4- wilder scott did not look like a dive I sat prettyyyy dam close, three rows away from me primetime himself who was in attendence 5- they showed mad mad love for danny 6- watching a fight live and on tv with commentators is like night and day sun and moon; my grandpa who was with me loves boxing saw ali fight alot and he said danny won but barely and that he has some work to do with the jabs Overall entertaining fight herrera holding alot made the crowd a pissed off at times but a win is a win you guys have your opinions others will have theirs the kids still undefeated
Catching the fight "live" as opposed to tv does make a difference.I was at the Paulie vs Broner fight in Brooklyn and from my seat at Barclays I thought Paulie won a close fight over Broner,so what you are saying is true. Oh well-from watching the Garcia fight on tv I thought Herrera won a close decision by 2 rounds.
It was a very close fight, Herrera out jabbed him but Garcia landed more power punches. Yes, Danny's face looked like **** because Herrera's jab consistent. I had Danny 115-113
If Herrera can't punch how come Garcia was visibly shaken by his shots but not vice versa. Garcia barely landed a clean powershot This fight reminded me of Abril-Rios
Thanks for the post. Very interesting. Primetime means Deion Sanders to me but I assume you mean someone else?
Um no. It's not just about watching the fight listening to the commentators... we could see Herrera landing jhis jab at will and hurting Garcia... most of what Garcia was landing was being blocked be Herrera but the crowd cheering probably made it seem like it was landing. Whether u watched it on TV or at ring side you know Garcia didn't win... Herrera did such a great job to block those shots off and take away Garcia's left hook.
I didnt say the commentators were wrong i dont even know what they said, i said watching a fight live and on tv with commentators is totally different!!!!!!
Primetime as in deon sanders the fukin man!!!! I was suprised as hell to see him they introduced him jacobs was there collazo paulie calderon juanma etc
I actually "know" he won Barely but he won i have yet to watch it on tv, im no crazy fan of garcia but hes cool, rounds 6-12 for me was all garcia a lot of close rounds, I did notice the headbutts and holding arms when the referee wasnt looking while clinching
