Exactly, to you. For me, handing out even rounds only makes a fight more difficult to score, making me not have a clear victor, and wondering who I should have given those rounds to. It just makes it easier for me to score, as in a pretty even round, it comes down to who's style do you feel is more effective at that time. But hey, to each his own right?

The thread starter scored the third round to Castillo? I would like an explanation on that as well as round 4 being 10-10. That dont add up.

i watched the fight on youtube last nite and i gotta say there were rounds in which were too damn close to call. overall i'm not mad about the decision but anyone can make a valid point for castillo. -he put the pressure floyd the whole fight but hardly landed flush. and floyd fought his type of fight.

Of course you say it without a scorecard. Then again you'll probably copy someone else's

Each to his own indeed, but to arbitrarily award a round when you genuinely believe there was no clear winner is to me contradictory to the very nature of the sport. Decisions shouldn't be about easiness, they should be about rightness, justice and fairness. JMO mate.

Post a youtube video of those rounds and let's talk then.

Castillo landed many clean and good bodyshots, and at least a couple of big headshots the like of which Floyd had virtually never taken before.

I thought it was either a draw or a close win for Castillo.

Those 4- and 5-point margins for Mayweather were definite bull**** however. It was like the judges filled out their scorecards in advance. I think that's what made the decision so controversial as much as anything.

The 4 point margin isn't as big as it looks.

Those judges scored the point deduction rounds in favor of Mayweather. That's why its a big gap.

Round 10 was a Castillo round though surely.

Yes but anyone who scores it for Castillo I wouldn't argue. It was a close fight.

    I disagree.

He lost the first 2 minutes of the round, at best he slightly edged Floyd in the last minute. Making it a 9-9 round.

Castillo didn't land real cleanly that round except for when Drac let him hit Floyd from behind.
