Cotto would have had to practice that call out. Remember mates he cant speak english for ****  It would probably come out like "I want to take gayweather to dinner" or some ****. It's pretty funny watching him speak on tv. It's like spit it out already! ****in guy tortures himself to get a ****in sentence out. I'd be happy with a goofy ass translater. Cheers:good

Cotto said that he was available to ALL TH#E BIG NAMES and left the rest to his management team which has always been THE THEME:yep
He also said he wants the MOST MONEY!!

There's no need for disappointment:nono Its clear who the matchup is!
If PBF beats Hatton? it will generate the most interest and public support over ANY other potential matchup. Its also clear that Cotto said ALL and MOST.

Better start sandbagging the LEVEE's PBF fans.....****'s gonna be like Katrina, if Floyd rolls over and plays CHERRY this time around:lol:

Reality, is that the CHAMPION is BENEFITED by the CHALLEGERS and level of competition.

ASK YOURSELVES.....HONESTLY.....if possible in some cases, Would SRR or SRL duck Cotto and the Williams vs Cintron Winner???

I agree with you that Cotto should have called out the winner of PBF/Hatton, but its just not his style. It is very unfortunate he didn't because I do feel that PBF will easily beat Hatton and then "retire" again. I don't think he wants anything to do with Cotto, as I have been saying for a few months now. I REALLY want this fight to happen though since Cotto is the biggest threat to PBF imo. The fans would also be screaming for it, so hopefully that will push it to being signed. What would your prediction for Cotto/PBF be acb? I would go 115-113 controversial decision to PBF. I wouldn't put any money on it though :D

But while he didnt CALL OUT he said HE's AVAILABLE:yep
Call it a matter of style, but its the same thing.:good

No reasonable fan with a conscience can deny that a possible PBF vs Cotto fight would generate all the interest and lots of $$$$$$.
Who knows? Maybe12/8 Hatton rains on the whole parade!!
HATTON VS COTTO?? Sounds just as watchable and THEN SOME:lol: :good

That's true too. While I respect Cotto tremendously for not being a jack ass when a mic is in front, I wouldn't mind justhearing him say who he does want next. It might show he has some fire behind it.

The way I see it, is that Floyd is already going on about how Cotto doesnt bring money to the table, or that he doesnt want to fight him.

There is no greater time than after the Shane fight for Cotto to impart the idea into the average fan's mind that this is the fight that needs to happen, and for them to start beating the drums.

If the boxing community does not demand this fight, I doubt Floyd takes it.

I think Cotto is just playing it cool and waiting for Hatton/Mayweather and possibly DLH, or some up and comer.

Maybe he's been advised by his manager to behave himself on-camera, and they'll handle the rest.
