"In the sixth round, he got me with a good shot, a body shot. It was really painful. I'm lucky to survive that round." -Pac

I believe him. emmanuel has always been susceptible to bodyshots throughout his entire career. Just review the fights he lost or had major trouble in.

he took a sledgehammer straight to the liver. That would have dropped most guys. Plus he was 20lb's lighter then the other dude.

Yes. Body shot had always been his kryptonite. But he wouldn't be taken out that easily.

This seems to be the first mistake his opponents makes. To think that Pac and Roach arent aware of this. Of course they are, they train for it all the time. They work on their weaknesses, Thats why he always looks so dominance.

Jab you say? Right hook is Pac's answer... before the jab or backing off and time a counter right hook.

Thanks for clearing that up! The post fight interview where he admitted being seriously hurt left a lot of doubt as to his sincerity. Fighters are notorious for making up stories and saying their opponents hurt them in fights.

They know about being vulnerable to bodyshots. They really know. You loook at his style and see how he uses so much movement around the ring. It makes it tricky for opponents to set their feet for bodyshtos.

But pac seems to love the brawls. Tremendous luck that he hasn't got the punch that would make him think again or even sleep.
