I was Methuselah/boxed 28 years actively ?

    Was I durable. I "licked" old age.I boxed all over the globe for 28 years,
    and had my last fight when I was 45 years old..I once fought a draw
    in a championship bout..Who was I ?

    The "mongoose" Archie Moore??? although I believe he fought to 47 years of age,but the other criteria fits.

    No, not Archie...My guy was never a champion as old Archie was...
    hint-in a way he "followed" Zivic...

    B, are you into ESP ? If not you should be..
    Yes it is Phil Zwick [follows Zivic].He as a featherweight fought from
    1923 to 1951, a total of tenty eight active years...Zwick fought Petey
    Scalzo to a draw for thye featherweight title in 1941...He retired from
    boxing at the age of 45...Old for a featherweight...B,your good !

    Yes, Zwick with a "Z"... sorry I misspelled his name!

    At first I thought of Kid Azteca, as he was one of Zivic's last opponents... but of course he had an even longer career and never fought for a world title. But then I figured that "followed" probably had something to do with the alphabet - so that clue was a big help.
