    I , because of fate, was never a champion, but I licked the very best
    boxers of my time..I was a sweet fighter as my name implies..I am ?

    You have now just put me in mind of another great unknown, who yet again is a great example of just how good these Top men really were.

    See Canadian Globetrotting Sonny Jones, a welter cum middleweight who fought and competed well with so many all over the shop, and you can bet some of his losses were hometown decisions; "No problem!" as it wasn't back then, just move on to the next big & best payday.


    Jones, I think also drew with Burley(?).
