    Dawg, out of curiosity, how did you score the fight? I had it 118-110 but havent watched it since so not sure if I was watching it through Joe tinted glasses.

    I had Joe winning every round but the first, almost every minute of the fight. Barring the knockdown, I thought he won the rest of the 1st round as well.

    Very impressive by Joe. I don't think any other fighter can dominate Jones like that even at this stage....so props to Joe for the performance. But nonetheless, Jones wasn't Jones in there.

    Granted it wasnt the same Jones and I'm not trying to kiss Joe's swingers off the back of the win. I gave Jones the last round, but that was probably more off sympathy and the fact that Joe slowed down. Thought it should have been stopped in the tenth if I'm being honest though.

    Oh by the 12th I was just not even scoring or considering Jones being the winner of the round :lol: I'll have to rewatch that one. I'm glad it wasn't stopped and Roy was able to finish on his feet. Honestly, Joe may have carried him to the finish...which would actually be respectful on his part.

    I absolutely loved the shopwboating it is part of his game. If he is in the comfort zone and has the capability to do it why not, roy would have done the same thing. Everyone at the bar was asking who is that white guy he is so much fun to watch and has amazing skills! That was good for boxing he put on a hell of a show.

    I agree with every word. The showboating especially.
    But it is also disgusting that Calzaghe gets no credit for anything he has ever done from a lot of people on ESB.

    The very fact that you call him "CalSlappy" totally removes any merit to your post. It shows you are totally biased and actually pathetically childish. 90% of people who see your post and see "CalSlappy" every 5th word probably dismiss your post completely.
