    From the info I have he was born in Los Angeles, domiciled later in AZ and then Pittsburgh. See how confusing it gets? Is he a California guy? He was born here and had 25 fights here. He lived in AZ and had 19 fights there. Then moved to Pittsburgh and had most of his important bouts while there.

    All very valid ownership claims by those regions.
