Hatton fought well and I think he should he always use his jab to come inside like Mike Tyson use to do...

His head movement has greatly improved and if he can just throw the jab a little more on his way in, he could do a lot more damage in his division !!

He already has done a lot of damage in his division.... he has dominated light welterweight for years

Hatton was not very impressive last night. He started out well; using his jab and protecting well against the left hook. However, he went back to his old ways as the fight wore on. He began to simply bull his way in without using a jab, winging punches, and dropping his right hand(and leaving his right side completely exposed) while throwing that leaping left hook of his. Luckily for Hatton, Paulie is an inept fighter who couldn't capitalize on Hatton's many mistakes. The only thing that Hatton did well throughout the fight was moving his head in order to avoid the Paulie's jab.

Really enjoyed the fight, yes hatton did walk on to one or 2 but paulie has got fast hands.

The reason paulie was so negative was because he got hurt and knew he couldn't handle hatton.

Hatton beat paulie far more convincingly then cotto as well :good

Cotto beat up Paulie a lot worse than Hatton. Paulie could've easily finished that fight. Paulie did win more rounds against Cotto, but not only was Cotto weight drained but he gave Paulie more room to opperate that did Hatton. Hatton was all over him; barely giving Paulie room to breath. Paulie simply doesn't have the skillset to deal with that type of fighter. Hatton wasn't landing as many crushing blows as Cotto, but he did a better job than Cotto of not allowing Paulie to get punches off.

It was a very good performance and a smart fight by Hatton.

However the outcome was predictable and Hatton was simply very underrated after the loss to the best fighter of an era. Paulie was never even close to PBF in any department and many people here believed if Hatton lost to Floyd he'd lose to practically anyone. Not the case. Hatton is very good, it's just that Floyd is in a class of his own.

Hatton has to get the credit, if PM had outboxed him and he'd looked bad, Hatton would have took a pounding on here.

Hatton looked good, more like pre-Kostya Hatton just without the crunching body shots which i was a bit disappointed about.
