True. I figured he would have rehydrated to atleast 154 or something. Any clue as to why he didn't?

I agree with you PimpC! Especially with the quoted part.

I also though DLH would be too big.

I was looking to the Iran Barkley vs Duran fight to help in my prediction. Yes, the fighters' styles were different and all that - but the fact was that Barkley was just a monster - a much bigger size difference between those two compared to last nights' fight. What it came down to was Duran's skill overcoming the huge size of Barkley - and Barkley was certainly a good fighter, not ATG material - but a good fighter and a champion.

I thought Pac was certainly good enough to overcome the size - he was the #1 p4p in most people's eyes going in to the fight, afterall.

dude, size makes a huge difference. When was the last time you seen a 126 - 130 fighter go up to welter and knock out (or make quit whatever) a great fighter? gimme a break. I picked delahoya cause of size, but just like pimp c said, I couldnt have been happier to get a fight wrong. Now lets bring on manny/mosley if sugar beats margarito. Or manny/floyd.

Props to you Pimp for admitting you were wrong. I only wish MORE posters in this forum were as brave as you bro. They were ALL so quick to state that Oscar would DISMANTLE Pac in less than 5 rounds and now they are nowhere to be found bro...:huh

Wasn't there a clause in the contract where Oscar had to pay Manny more money if he came to fight heavier than the welterweight limit?

Props to Pimp C, UliUliUli, and others for humbling themselves to accept defeat.
We'll emulate your examples when that time comes. Meanwhile, let us celebrate the victory of human spirit in Pac's victory.

Had I not been a huge Pac fan I would probably have been blinded by the size factor too. Props to you for not making excuses.
