Manny fought superbly but surely claiming that DLH is finished isn't 'dumb ****'???? If he ain't shot, then wtf is he?

I think that was for the weigh-in only not on fight night though. He could have put on as many pounds as he wanted after the weigh-in.

Crow and eggs this morning!.. but happy to be wrong on this one... GO MANNY!!!

Oscar had NOTHING... How the f--- could he come in at 147lb on fight night???
They f---ed up his weight big time!... What the hell happened?

Anyway... I'd be happy to see DLH hang em up... He just gets in the way of better fights happening. And his prefight shtick is really becoming annoying to boot!

Thanks for the memories Oscar... Now take a seat.

i never said he wasn't shot.....in fact i said prior to the fight that Pac will because DLH isn't the fighter he used to be

what i'm saying is the facts were there before the fight yet you were too ignorant or blinded notice by marketing to notice it.....so don't try and take away from Pac by trying to go back and say "he was shot", because if you thought he was past it prior to the fight then you would of voted for Pac to begin with

    thats the story son....

QFT. If everyone was saying this was a mismatch in favour of Pac before the fight...then fair enough. However it was the opposite.

Although I didn't pick on the site, I was thinking that the DLH who worked behind the jab quite well at points against Mayweather might be able to work his way into range where he could corner Pac, and work the double hooks to the body and head. So, I think my pick for DLH by decision was based less upon the sheer size differential, and more upon the notion that DLH retained enough hand speed and overall skill needed to counter his opponent's edge in speed.

Didn't work out that way...but I think that has at least as much to do with Pac's overall improvement as a boxer as it does with DLH's deterioration.

Personally I'm glad I stayed fairly quiet about this fight. I too thought Oscar would win. In fact, I thought Pac was crazy for taking the fight. The thought crossed my mind that Pac may be just cashing out -- funding his retirement. Now I'm anxious to see what he does next.

Pac fought the perfect fight, he stayed off the ropes ,did not let OSCAR GET THE JAB OFF AND THE left hand of Pac was perfect...also great foot speed...I too thought Manny was a 129lber and thought Oscar was picking an easy one because of the weight and height but Oscar was effected by the weight loss and Manny after the 1st 2 rds looked like he had the MOJO to do it

I thought Oscar would come into the ring around 163.

I still don't buy the weighin scales nor the unofficial ring weights even though obviously the size difference was nowhere near what i expected..

There was a thread on ESB that had Pacquiao quoted as saying "I weighed myself before and after the weigh in and came in at 146 both times. I don't understand why I weighed in at 142 on the weigh-in scale." and then Roach said the same thing. But I don't know if the source was credible.

Dlh was shot. I told you guys for a long time Dlh would not be competitive. You can't go down to your lowest weight in 12 years(145 lbs) at age 35, and beat the so-called best fighter in the world who doesn't have to lose weight...only has eat, and gain muscle. This was not even a fight.
