As for Fury vs Joshua, your right he should avoid him for 12 rounds but the thing is Fury just has to showboat he can't help himself which is partly the reason why he got caught those 2 times against Wilder and he paid the price and he would do so against AJ as well.

I thought he was cashing out as well, I couldn’t see how fighting two soft touches was preparation for wilder, it seemed like he wasn’t taking it seriously. The performance showed otherwise, he was in great shape and pretty much looked his old self. It was kind of defying the laws of physics, the man could barely speak a few months ago and seemed far from being able to fight at top level.

It takes a special type of person to do what he did, I never really believed he was made from the same cloth as some of the old greats but after that display of courage and ability to recover, after that long out of the ring, that’s a great fighters mentality. Wilder is limited but he is fast and powerful with those punches, he is a danger to anyone. The fact fury made him look silly after being pretty much down and out speaks volumes. That’s a natural fighter for you, thier skill will always be there if able to get into shape.

I was never a fan of Fury, all I tended to see was a big unathletic out of shape slob.
I obviously wasn't watching or paying attention.
He opened my eyes against Wlad, fair enough it was a boring fight, but at the end of the fight I'm thinking, f****** hell be actually handled Wlad with ease.
Watching that the other night how he moved, how light on his feet he was for such a big man, how he evaded the shots, all after losing 10 stones in 12 months without a meaningful fight in 2 and a half years, absolutely astonishing.

Everyone gets predictions wrong and given the rationale you’ve used to explain your pick - I don’t think anyone can disagree. It’s a totally rational and realistic way to see the fight.

If you post like this all the time you’d be very welcome on this forum. But please Inferno, can you keep this up? Can you stop all the trolling, alt accounts etc. It’s just boring.

I'd like this opportunity to apologise to absolutely nobody, I will never be a fury fan due to his boring style.

I will give him credit for having a hell of a chin and the heart of a warrior.

Solid Thread starter OP, hats off

One point of contention though, wilder shatters AJs glass jaw with the first thing he lands. Hence the permaduck

    Otherwise good post cheers

I’d say we all get more predictions wrong than right. Credit for giving the bloke his due. I fancied him on points but wasn’t overly confident or anything lol. Furys the man.
