I was wrong...Ngoudjo was not able to take Urango's power...

    Over a year now. I think he came into Evangelista's camp around the same time as David Estrada.

    I think that inconsistency and being an athletic but not smart fighter is his M.O... similar to a Jermain Taylor. Fight went pretty much as I thought it would except Urango couldn't get him out of there...

    Also wasn't sure how well Urango's endurance would hold up down the stretch. Definitely didn't tire out.

    Props to Herman though for fighting back after the knockdowns, he is definitely game.

    10th round went on for 5:10 seconds for those who didn't catch it, timekeeper was too busy to do his job apparent;y.

    Yeah man, that's why I was wondering wtf Atlas was talking about tonight when he was saying Urango wasn't going to the body enough. :huh Ngoudjo is gonna be feeling those things for the next week.

    Atlas scorecard was ridiculous. Starting with that 10-10 round and not counting the 2nd KD in the 3rd round. Anyway the right guy won and like i said i would love to see Urango-Torres or Urango-Bradley

    :lol:

    Atlas needs to movee onto something else. ****er can't predict a fight to save his life, or score one properly.

    Didnt pick this one right, I said it was interesting because Hermen has a weakish chin and tends to run a bit hot and cold but I thought he could box this one to a pretty clear decision...Urango is a bit of a monster at the weight, and the wins over legit competition continue.

    :lol::lol::lol:

    Check it out next time... Atlas goes on like that in pretty much every fight he works! "He should be goin to the body, he needs to work that body, make the investment, go downstairs, crack the foundation and the roof will fall... and on and on he goes. :tired

    Even when the guy IS throwing body shots like tonight! :rofl

    Felt bad for Herman... Urango is a tough hombre'

    Thanks for that info. I honestly think Urango needs a different trainer. He's very beatable but he's strong and tenacious. He needs a jab, better and faster footwork, and that would be a good start.

    How the hell does Urango make 140 ? The guy has a back that most middleweights would be proud of . I wonder what he weighed at fight time ?

    Urango is a better boxer than I thought . His brute strength would make anyone at 140 think twice of fighting him.

    Herman's boxing career I think is on the downward slide , while he is a good fighter he isn't elite so I think he should look at preserving his IQ and find a different way to make money.
