I was just seeing some training footage of Pac and he looks like a beast a lot faster too. Unlike some fighters (cough couch, algeiri) his training actually careers over.

I used to watch Gary Russell train live, and Pac at 140 got him beat on the speed department, and trust me Gary Russell is a lot faster in camp then he is in the ring.

I stated Terrance Crawford would beat him at 140, but I will like to retract that statement lmao. I almost made a post about Lomachenko beating Pac at 140... Good thing I didn't lmao.

I still favor Floyd at 147, but if that fight happend at 140 or a catchweight...... I would have to go with this ****er.

Everyone except a roided Marquez that is, and I say that with much respect to the guy

Everyone is faster in training than in the actual ring. But Pac does look much better at 140 or below 147 so far.

Well Pacquiao is the "A Side", he is the ppv attraction and the champion in this fight. 144 pounds it is, The bigger names have the rights to demand catchweights like with Mayweather 152 Alvarez and 144 with Marquez.

Even though this fight is at 144, mind you Algieri just fought Provodnikov at 140. So 144 will still benefit Algieri.

Thank you....Manny wanted to se how he felt below 147....what's wrong with that....if the fight was at 47 y'all would say he "brought" a light weight up to welter......!!! Dude just fought at 40 a few months ago!!!

And y'all act like every manny fight has been catch weight....dude is ALWAYS the smaller man!!!! **** it shows you he willing to fight ANYBODY but don't be a damn fool and let someone be 20 lbs bigger then you when your already small!

I have a problem with his Oscar and Cotto cw's. The Margarito one was legit but the belt shouldn't have been on the line for 154. Cotto is only an inch taller, same reach. Oscar was drained, that fight just shouldn't have happened.

There are some challenges for manny at 147, but he destroys anyone at 135 and 140.

Oscars is the only one I didnt have a problem with
    heres my logic
if a guy can win a belt at 160 by being fat and out of shape, he should be able to handle a guy who was fighting at featherweight 2 years prior

former middleweight vs former featherweight (and flyweight)

    so....

poor oscar , got the shi.t beat out of him by a tiny midget buzz saw

no sympathy, not to mention oscar was a heavy favorite....

Fl0m0s - "Pacquiao is back on that A-Side meff. See!"

On a more serious note, im glad to see the peoples champ back with the lightning hands and explosive combos. Hopefully this carries over into the ring.

Looks like the idea to go down in weight will be a good one.

I think even if they fought at 154 Oscar would still probably lose. But Oscar was drained, Pacquiao was healthy.
