I watched Pac vs Cotto last night

He might not need to attain the level of PAC. You are defined by the era which you fight and the opposition you hurdle along the way.

Unfortunately, if the era is weak, there is no defining moment in the mold of hagler, Hearn, Leonard, mugabi, etc.

I don't see Bradley or Alexander or anybody who would define that era. They are good but not atg good.
