I never thought Floyd looked scared at the weigh in, I don't know what that guy was watching. Alvarez should be a very good fighter, he just won't be a good boxer.

I better watch it though, this may be semantics. Or maybe the shoulder roll is the Philly shell or boxing is not fighting....

Give some credit to him, at 23 he's still a baby starting his career, guy was overhyped to the heavens yes but has plenty of years ahead of him, at this stage of his career like most he is/will have problems with slick boxers, he'll learn over time

Over time he will have to move up, and will have problems with everyone, not just slick boxers.

I wouldn't mind being wrong, Canelo is a likeable fighter, and this is just my opinion obviously. But mark my words, Canelo will never rule a division. He wont be at 154 too much longer (two years tops) and once he moves up its over with. Then its not just slick boxers, but large pressure fighters and everything in between he will have to worry about.

Time is almost out on Canelos status as a top tier fighter.

But yes I do give him credit. Hes a solid fighter and at 23 is a pup in the sport. And has done a lot in those 23 years, no doubt. And also, credit to his performance tonight, he was trying until the last seconds and gave a good account for himself.

I believe Floyd has discovered a glitch in the human brain that he is endlessly exploiting......

Its common sense that the bigger guy who hits harder should win

May weather keeps fighting larger, stronger opponents and viewers are suckered in by human instinct believing the bigger guy should win

Props to Floyd. Shame on our ****** brains:huh
