It looked like you were as it was in relation to a comment he made, rather than the way he was communicating it. The ones with special abilities are called savants, I studied engineering and went to University with a few savants, they could process and retain incredible amounts of information and mathematics, but social skills were extremely tough for them and more abstract topics like business strategy.
