I wonder if Tank might not take it now? Loma is hittable, and Tank hits harder than anyone.

Tank can't beat even this washed up version of loma, shakur and haney do though. And I like tank but its a bad matchup for him still.

If Tank can just sit tight and wait till Loma turns 40, then yes he has a chance.

 

Haneys next for Loma. Tank has nothing Loma wants.

 

First, we'll see if that judge throws the book at Tank or he continues to have rich celebrity privilege.
Second, Tank has a good style for Loma who lunges in, can be caught with uppercuts, and Tank has a monster one. This is another must make fight and clash of styles. Things will not get easier for Loma as Haney, Tank, Cruz, Garcia all bring different things but also huge threats. We'll see what Loma is really made of.

If Tank doesn't stop Loma, and there's hardly a guarantee that he will given the Ukrainian's experience, battle-tested chin, and still excellent boxing abilities, he's probably losing on the cards.

Today the fight is a much closer proposition than it would have been 3-4 years ago. Prime Loma outpoints Tank to a very comfortable decision.

Simply because Loma is no longer young and the other side has been waiting for the right moment to beat him.

Loma will be 35 in next few months and Tank has been avoided Loma for 5-6 long years to wait until Loma is old enough to be beatable. So if I were Loma, I wouldn't give it to him. Why would Loma entertain such an unfair way of competition?

Sure, some people would bring up case when 36 years old Floyd Mayweather beat 23 years old young Canelo. But each of every boxers in the world have different declining point. Some boxers started declining fast in early 30. Not every people are the same.
