i guess cro cop is left clueless..and the only thing left for him to do is to go back to ufc for redemption and im hoping that he's hungry to prove everything once again
Theres a difference between BJJ Partner and teacher dont ask like Werdum is some noboddy or something. Mirkos ground game sucks even with a guy like Wedrum.
Werdum is one of the very best BJJ grapplers in the World. I don't think it is fair to call him Cro Cops sparring partner. Yeah, what does that say about Cro Cop, that Herring could beat Congo, but he lost?
Oh , don't get me wrong , i wasn't insinuating that werdum was a nobody. It's just that Werdum has been training with this guy for 3 years or so + has already beaten Gonzaga in the past. And not one single lesson was taken from one of his closest friend. it just was like day and night. I'm sorry but there was a point in mirko's career where he could actually do "something" on the ground vs dangerous opponents. He dominated barnett even on the ground , he had a solid ground defense against fedor , so ok he got subbed by nogueira but he was progressing and not being clueless as he used to be during his debut... there was a point in time where he used to fight the likes of Aerts , bernardo , bonjasky , feitosa (ok , huge upset against mcdonald) , hoost , hunt , hug , jlb , Greco etc...in other words way better "kickboxing" competition...and then he finds a way to lose against Kongo... then a past prime herring beats Kongo... there was a point in time when crocop would annihilate guys like herring...it was brutal and fast...but now herring is the one with the more credibility... Yvel defeated kongo too , Minowa defeated Yvel...
Aright sorry for that :good U still make me wonder how a guy can be in his prime September 06 then all of a sudden be shot in April 07 :huh
