Rhodes was the Mandatory and many said CANELO would not take the fight... Rhodes was a top 10 LMW even ranked higher then canelo... people said canelo and his team would not have this fight for him...

Now he completely dominates the opponent and people change their tune...

Pathetic, he will soon face the elite and when he takes them out I will enjoy hearing the excuses after he wins...

Vanes is not as good as Alvarez .... and i'm sure that won't happen for another year or so. I can see Canelo defending that belt 2-3 times a year sneaking in a mandatory here and there. This guy has a tremendous following and should be able to defend that belt 10-15 before stepping up to a serious threat.

Maybe Wolak? That would be good stylistic match-up for Canelo. That Polish guy fights very physical with no defence at all. Alvarez as much more powerful athlete would overwhelm him.

He's promoted by Top Rank so that won't happen.

If Lara beats Williams, that's a fight that could happen down the line.

Sillyman is a crook, but this kid is good for the sport. I can see him being in some really exciting fights, and it seems as though the mexican fanbase is really behind him. Nothing wrong with that.
